Tuesday 24-3-15

This is an important letter to parents regarding Tuesday 24-3-15 in school:

Dear Parents,

Tomorrow will be our Year 4 -7 Matinee performance of Aladdin in the afternoon.

As all our children (Year 1-7) will be going to the hall and it is a sell out performance, we are asking all our children NOT to bring school bags to school tomorrow morning as we will have very limited space for them in the hall. If you miss this message and children bring their bags to school they will then leave them in school until Wednesday and not take them to the hall tomorrow afternoon.

Children in Year 4 to 7 are asked to wear a layer of foundation make up to school in the morning and should come in normal school uniform with their costume in a bag. All our children (Year 1 to Year 7) can be collected from inside the hall following the performance at 2.50pm.

Children who are planning to attend Windmill Club will be returned to school for it and NEELB Bus children will be collected from the hall by the school bus before being left home as normal.

On Wednesday and Thursday school will end for all our children at 2pm (Children booked into Windmill Club will be cared for). In evening we would like our Year 4-7 children to be dropped off at the church hall in full costume between 6.40pm and 6.50pm.

I would like to apologise that an error was made on our tickets with the times and we have decided to move the evening performance times to the 7.30pm time published on the tickets. Posters did correctly show the time as 7pm but due to so many tickets going out with the new published time we have decided to keep the time to 7.30pm so that no one misses the start of the performance. Please note your ticket is allocated to a specific seat and we would ask you all to bring your tickets and have them available on arrival.

We would like to take this final opportunity to say that although Tuesday is a sell out performance a few seats still remain for Wednesday and Thursday evenings' performances.

Yours sincerely,

K.Wysner
